Jimmy Spencer Jr's mission in life is to help people change the world-and themselves-one act of love at a time. His organization Love Without Agenda helps people do that through creating a coalition of businesses, non-profits and individuals committed to serving others in their neighborhoods across the globe.

He is a beloved speaker, activist, and author.

Spencer has established a national reputation as an inspiring, transparent and motivational speaker. He's inspired the spiritually curious to consider their pattern of humanity. He's inspired young people to dream and work hard to make the world a better place. He believes that serving others will change you-if you can do it without agenda. He believes that doing this work is the path to a whole human experience, and stands in stark contrast to the growing global consumer culture.
